It really does mean a lot to have a personal email from a company rather than some pasted information or one word answers... just doesn't really give me much confidence in their product or customer service... so thank you, it’s a welcome change! ????
I really appreciate your honesty, it’s a shame that not a lot of people have the system, I’ve checked the UK forums with no luck. However I have found a video of an ACS2 running the Eisenmann in Belgium, but I’m pretty sure that’s also running the ACS map which doesn't resemble the final product.

Just fitted this to my 330ci in race sound level with the sound pipes. It's an outstanding piece of engineering and just the right balance of quieter with no droning when driving normally and loud when pressing on. Possibly a bit much for some in race spec but perfect for me. A really cultured sound and totally different to cheaper alternatives.
Absolutely worth the wait and the extra outlay over lesser systems.
This exhaust in my opinion( having owned milltek, supersprint, scorpion and larini) is the best you can get for the e46 m3, it's the only one I've owned twice after regretting selling it the first time.
I've got this exhaust while ago in race spec and I can't fault it sounds amazing and brings that V8 to live it's best £1400 I've spent on my car. Quality is superb well worth waiting 4 weeks.
